Creators vs Maintainers

Do you know someone, who need to create an IT Infrastracture for app from scratch?

Today I had a conversation with a friend and we told about talent management. Suddenly, ha? There are creators and maintainers.

Some companies really manage this thing, and move employee to the fitted seat. Creators create. Maintainers maintain. And do not mix them.

I always was a maintainer. That’s the easy thing - you got a doc, you got rules, follow them, repeat. That was really easy start - I just maintain PCs, networks, servers, clouds. Creating new things was always too difficult for me. Not to do, but to try. But I always was a bit envy to create something. Something real. I had plenty of ideas to invent, designed to the smallest details. The furthest one was a 5-page design of an artist backpack for plein air. It should be made of denim fabric, and be a kind of soft case for all artist tools. (yep, I was a student of a paint school then)

Turns out, I found my way to create. Infrastructure. For example, do you want to create the full infrastructure for something real? I can help you to do that. I can design and architecture the whole system for you business needs, and implement it in scalable, resilient and high available way. It can be based on GCP or AWS, or bare metal kubernetes, it can fit SOC2, PCI-DSS if you need.

Look, I know this sounds like a pitch. It is. But the offer is real.

Benefits: you will get the well-architected, cost-efficient, repeatable and resilient infra for your app that will help your business grow.

Two ways:

  1. For free. I will do that absolutely for free, in my spare time. I will have an achievement, you will have infra.
  2. For money. You’ll have the assurance that the job will be done as agreed.

You know the difference.
